Using SCORM, a cloud based solution, we are able to provide access without the need for downloads, meaning you always have the most up to date information. Once the link is in place you will be able to give your teams access to the courses, track progress and completions all within your own LMS*.

Courses are provided using SCORM Cloud, a cloud-based platform that allows CITB to deliver our free to access eLearning content across multiple Learning Management Systems (LMSs) at the same time.
· LMS must be SCORM 1.2 compatible
· CITB upload courses to SCORM Cloud
· A ‘dispatch’ (SCORM 1.2 .zip file) is created, unique to the Company and each course
· The file is sent to you to add to your LMS
· Your LMS administrator will need to update your system to accept the files
· You’re ready to issue the course to your learners
· The files will auto update if updates become available

Is there a charge offer these courses?
There is no charge or fee to offer the free eCourses.
Can I have access to all the eCourses available?
Only the free eCourses are currently available as SCORM files.
My LMS is not SCORM 1.2 compatible, can I still apply?
You will need to update your system to be able to offer the courses through your own LMS.
Are these courses grant eligible?
Free eCourses are not grant eligible.
Are CITB certificates issued upon completion?
Following completion you will be able to issue your own company certification. If CITB certification is required then the courses must be completed on the CITB eCourses platform.
How long will the links last / Do the files expire?

Can the course links be shared with others?
No, the links are created specifically for each organisation and cannot be shared with others.
Once a learner accesses / begins a course, how long do they have to complete it?
A learner has xxxxx to complete a course
Do these courses count towards a learners CPD?
Yes each course is designed to improve a learners construction knowledge and counts towards their CPD.
Do these courses count towards a qualification?
The free eCourses are designed to improve a leaners knowledge, they do not lead to a qualification.
Can the courses be delivered to a group or are they for individuals only?
The SCORM files will sit within your own LMS and courses can be delivered as you wish within the parameters of your system.
Are there any restrictions on how many learners can access the courses within our own LMS?
Once the SCORM files are within your LMS you may issue the courses to as many of your own learners as you wish. They cannot be shared externally though as the links are bespoke to you.
Will the course content need updating?
If any of the content is updated those updates will be pushed to the SCORM files, meaning you will always have the most up to date content.
Is there support available if something goes wrong?
Yes, you will be provided with contact information when your account is set up.
Are the courses available in any other languages?
The courses are currently only available in English.
